| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了我国饭店业应如何应对目前旅游业大发展的新形势。饭店业是旅游业发展的物质基础,近年来,随着旅游业增长率的不断攀升,饭店的增长也非常迅猛。面对旅游大发展所带来的严峻的市场形势,饭店业要正视自身在饭店总量、产业结构、服务质量、竞争秩序、企业体制以及集团化等问题,采取经营专业化、产业集团化、服务个性化、产品多元化的战略措施,从而形成我国自己的饭店品牌,将饭店产业做大做强,发挥其在旅游业中的基础性作用。
