新型农村公共产品供给制度的案例研究——以广东河源欧村为例

本文以广东河源欧村为研究对象,以新型农村公共产品供给制度内部的三个利益主体的策略型博弈模型为研究框架,通过对博弈均衡收益的分析,分析了该制度在微观环境中经济绩效的实现。文章认为:各利益主体在微观环境约束下具有不同的成本收益反应弹性,会采取不同的博弈策略,进而影响新型农村公共产品供给制度经济绩效的实现;最后认为可以改变各利益主体的成本收益反应弹性,提高制度的实际经济绩效。

The Research on the New Public Goods Supply Institution in Rural Areas:A Case Study of Oucun Village

Based on the case of the Oucun village,this paper analyses how the new rural public goods supply system have succeeded in the microenvironment through the study of the main three parties' stra- tegic game and the trade-off.It is stated that different players have different Reactive Elasticity of Cost- benefit(REC),and they will have different strategies,thus affecting its realization of institutional eco- nomic performance in microenvironment.It is concluded that the actual economic performance can be im- proved through changing the REC of different interest groups.
