| 摘 要： | 中国经济迅速发展，经济效率的提高，必然会伴随农村劳动力向城市转移。北京是一个现代化的大都市，由于其特殊的地位和经济发展的需要，吸纳了大量的来自全国各地的农村劳动力，这便是在京农民工。在京农民工凭着其吃苦耐劳的精神，对首都经济的发展作出了不可替代的贡献，但也引发了一系列的城市管理问题。对这些问题要给予充分的分析与研究，以寻找在不同的发展阶段解决在京农民工问题的对策。

| Abstract: | The rapid economic development of China and the improvement of economic efficiency will be accompanied by the transfer of rural labor to cities.Due to its special status and the needs of economic development of the city,Beijing has absorbed a large number of surplus rural labors from all parts of the country,and these people are called migrant workers in Beijing.Migrant workers in Beijing have made irreplaceable contributions to the capital's economic development with the hard-working spirit,but have triggered a series of urban management issues.It is necessary to make a full analysis and research on these questions,and to find solutions to the problems on various stages of development. |
