婚姻主导权与中西部农村青年妇女地位考察

中西部农村调研发现,农村青年妇女在择偶、彩礼议价、离婚以及再婚等方面享有充分优势,这种婚姻主导权带来青年妇女地位的非均衡提升。代际责任与天价彩礼、半工半耕模式下的接力式进城、妇女流动性带来的高离婚率,区域经济分化和婚姻资源的非对称性流动等是中西部农村青年妇女掌握婚姻主导权的原因。这种婚姻主导权带来的青年妇女地位提升具有一定的局限性。当下婚姻主导权成为影响青年妇女地位的关键变量,婚姻主导权成为当下全国青年妇女地位呈现出非均衡性的重要因素。

The Dominant Power of Marriage and the Status of Rural Women in the Central and Western Regions

A survey of rural areas in the central and western regions found that rural women have full advantages in mate selection,bride price negotiation,divorce and remarriage,so as to master the dominant position of marriage,and thus the status of women has been greatly improved.This paper analyzes the reasons why rural women in central and western China hold the dominant position of marriage from the aspects of intergenerational responsibility and high price divorce,the relay-type into the city under the half-work and half-farming mode,and the high divorce rate brought by women’s mobility.Diversification and the asymmetric flow of marital resources lead to the limitations of the advancement of women brought about by this dominance of marriage.At present,the dominance of marriage has become a key variable affecting the status of women.Marriage dominance has become an important factor in the current non-equilibrium of women’s status in the country.
