传播视域下的中英旅游外宣翻译研究

摘    要:翻译是一个综合的动态体系,在本质上是跨越语言层面的跨文化传播行为。作为特殊的传播行为———旅游景点的翻译常常因文本传达出的“拟态环境”而受到很大的影响。译者除了需要在语言形态上异化文本,更需考虑受传者的反映,进行恰当地变形、增删或扭曲,从而激发游客产生预期的“拟态环境”,产生预期的传播效果。译者更应了解,中英旅游翻译也是一种复杂的、有目的的对外宣传行为。本文在外宣传播的视域下论述了中英旅游翻译的机制。

Abstract:Translation is a comprehensive dynamic activity,which is in essence a trans-cultural communicative activ-ity.As a special type of communication,advertisements of tourist attractions are largely influenced by “pseudo envi-ronment”they convey.Besides linguistic aspect,the translator has to consider possible reflection of the target text readers by way of appropriate variation,amplification or omission so as to achieve optimal communicative effect.Fur-thermore,the translator must understand CE tourist translation is a purposeful complex publicity activity.By discus-sing the above issues,the article deals with the mechanism of tourist translation under the domain of foreign publici-ty and communication.
