政府内部管理——从泰罗科学管理思想角度论述

通过对泰罗科学管理思想的引述,比较分析我国政府内部管理存在的不足和弊端,从泰罗科学管理思想的角度对这些不足和弊端存在原因、形成的条件进行剖析,强调已经加入世贸的中国在政府管理方面应该更加规范化、法制化,应该注重行政效率的提高,应该用科学的管理替代经验管理,把科学管理思想贯穿于整个政府管理始终.

Internal Governmental Management--From Taylor's Scientific Management Principle

With an introduction of Taylor's principle on scientific management, and comparison and analysis of the defects existing in the management of the Chinese government. The present paper analyzes from the viewpoint of Taylor's management principles the causes for the weaknesses and the conditions for their existence. That apart, it stresses that after China's entry into WTO, the government management should be normalized and legislated. The government must try to raise the administration efficiency, to replace experiential management with scientific one and to put scientific management into every part in the government administration.
