| Abstract: | The ideology of the "Representation of Three Aspects"points out that the Chinese Communist Party must consistently represent the developing demand of China's advanced productive forces.This means that we must strengthen the idea that science and technology are the primary productive forces,vigorously enhance the spirit of science,devote major efforts to promote scientific and technological progress and innovation,and strive for a leaping development of China's productive forces. |
