我国城市社区和谐社区指标体系研究

随着大量社会人从单位脱离以后转移到社区,社会问题和社会利益的焦点都日益汇集到社区层面,社会具有社区化管理的倾向,因此,构建和谐社区是构建和谐社会的基石。和谐社区指标体系为建设和谐社区提供了一个参照标准和有力工具。在当前,提出构建和谐社区指标体系具有特定的社会背景和现实意义。作者在实地调查了南京市锁金村的基础上,分析了国内外社区建设的指标体系,设计了一套符合和谐社区建设的和谐社区指标体系,使其在社区实践中具有应用和推广价值。

Index System of Harmonious Communities in Urban Communities of China

When plenty of social people transfer into community from their working units,the focuses of social problems and social benefit are gradually gathering into the aspect of community,which means that the society has the trend of management in community.Therefore,construction of harmonious community is the bedrock of harmonious society.Currently,putting forward the construction of index system of harmonious community has special social background and realistic significance.This paper analyses the index system of community construction of China and other countries on the basis of on-the-spot investigations,and design a set of index system for harmonious community that complies with the construction of harmonious community,which makes it possess practical and general value in practice.
