| 摘 要： | 江泽民总书记自党的“十五大”以来,站在时代发展的前列,高瞻远瞩与时俱进为我们党提出了一系列新的执政思想,丰富和发展了马克思主义执政党执政的新理论。为把我们党建设成为始终保持同人民群众血肉联系,能够在新的世纪里沉着应对风云变幻的新形势,战胜前进中出现的种种困难,带领中国人民实现社会主义现代化宏伟目标的伟大、光荣、正确的党,奠定了坚实的理论基础。
