| Abstract: | The paper deals with the problems in establishing E Business merchandise delivering networks and gateways by using Post Networks,proposes a new concept of merchandise delivering networks by using Post Networks.The authors believe that based on the Post Data Communication Networks,the merchandise delivering network will become a new service and point of profit gaining for the post departments. |
