| 摘 要： | 民主化是当今世界政治发展的一个基本趋势。建设高度的社会主义民主政治也是我国政治体制改革的重要目标。对于如何建设我国的民主政治,学者们观点不一。本文在遵循渐进主义逻辑的基础上,从考察我国学者的相关理论观点入手,分析我国民主政治建设过程中的若干基本问题,并就我国民主政治建设的路径选择给出相关建议,即由保护型民主到可治理型民主;由强制性民主到诱致性民主;由党内民主到人民民主;由协商民主到选举民主。 |

| Abstract: | Democratization is the basic political trend in the contemporary world. The constructing of socialist democracy also becomes one of the most important objects of China. But as to how to carry out our democratic politics construction, people have not achieved an agreement yet. Based on gradualism theory, this paper firstly reviews some influential models, and then analyzes some basic matters. Finally, this paper makes a series of suggestions about the paths of our democratic politics construction. They are:from governable democracy to protective democracy, from imposed democracy to induced democracy, from inner-Party democracy to people's democracy, and from deliberative democracy to electoral democracy. |
