| 摘 要： | 我国目前的招投标过程中很多违法、违规行为存在,与招投标双方对有关法律、法规规定不了解、不熟悉有很大关系。就招投标与合同法律制度之间的有关问题进行论述,并对目前招标投标工作中存在的实际问题进行分析,以期更好地实现招投标工作的公平、公正和规范运作。
