| 摘 要： | 刑法学是实践性很强的学科，在其本科教学中，案例教学是一个非常重要的环节，不同的教师因对刑法的理解以及司法实务经验的不同，对案例的分析方法亦不同，“他山之石，可以攻玉”，两名教师经多年实践，采用同堂竞技法教授刑法案例分析，对于加深刑法理论的理解、拓展学生思维模式，大有裨益。
