| Abstract: | The reform and opening-up policy of our country has already been at the key stage now.The reform of public service unit,as an important project of rebuilding the core of the planned economic system,is very difficult to be pushed forward.This article analyzes the existing problems in public service units and puts forward the view that the key to the reform in the public service unit is classifying,positioning and combining resources. |
