我国干部政绩考评体系中的误区及其矫正

摘    要:完善干部政绩考评体系已成为当前全社会普遍关注的热点问题,但是在实践中,我国现行的干部政绩考评体系仍存在种种误区,直接影响到党和政府在群众中的形象.具体表现为:重视显绩考评,忽视潜绩考评;重视上级评价,忽视群众评价;重视经济指标,忽视非经济指标;重视考评过程,忽视考评结果运用.产生上述误区,有其深刻原因.在分析干部政绩考评体系存在误区原因的基础上,提出了相关矫正措施,以建立科学的领导干部政绩考评体系.
