The automatic acquisition system,as an internationally recognized rule for the basic determination of copyright,contains the natural defect that the ownership has yet to be determined.In the great change in the way of creation and communication brought about by the application of new technology,the defect of automatic acquisition system magnifies the risk of copyright disputes,resulting in a high incidence of copyright cases.Under the premise that it is not suitable to fundamentally change the system of automatic acquisition of rights,we should make rational use of block chain and artificial intelligence technology to bridge the defects of credibility of the system,so as to improve the system of automatic acquisition,which is helpful to clarify ownership to reduce disputes of ownership,regulate plagiarism to avoid confusion of ownership,and then slow down the occurrence of copyright cases.
