| 摘 要： | 近几年出现的“知识失业”只是一种假象,高校毕业生就业市场中因歧视现象而引发的“歧视效应”是产生这一假象的重要原因。一方面,高校毕业生的歧视阻碍了劳动力需求曲线的右移;另一方面,劳动力需求者的歧视阻碍了劳动力的自由流动和选择。

| Abstract: | In recent years the "educated unemployment" is only a kind of gloss.The "discrimination effect" caused by the discrimination phenomenon in the employment market of college graduates is an important reason.On the one hand,the discrimination from college graduates has hindered the demand curve of labor force to move to right;On the other hand,the discrimination from demanders of labor force hindered the college graduates to flow and choice with freedom in the employment market. |
