| 摘 要： | 党政关系问题是现代民主政治的基本问题,在西方政治过程中,有许多因素影响和制约着党政关系的运作。该文从政权组织形式,政党体制、政党的意识形态、政党的组织结构以及在野党或反对党的监督与制约作用等几个方面,分析了影响西方党政关系运作的因素。

| Abstract: | The party-government relation is a fundamental issue in modern democratic politics. Several factors affect and condition the operation of the party-government relation in the process of politics in the West. This paper analyzes the factors from the following aspects: polity, party system, party ideology, party organization and structure, functions of supervision and conditioning of the opposition party. |
