| 摘 要： | 电力工业走资源节约型之路,实现电力发展与环境保护相互协调,作为一种新的观念和发展道路被人们广泛接受。但能否实现的关键在于确立生态电力的理念。论文基于对电力工业发展瓶颈的科学分析,提出了生态电力理念,并力图从生态电力的评价指标和建设生态电力的制约因素两个方面,对现代电力的发展取向进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | To the electric power industry to save resources,to achieve the power to coordinate development and environmental protection,both as a new strategic concept and also as the concrete practice of sustainable development strategy,has become widely accepted.But for them to be put into operation,the key is to establish the idea of eco-power.On the basis of scientific analyses of the dilemma of the development of power industry,this article formulates the concept of eco-electricity,and probe into the development orientation of modern power industry in the aspects of the evaluation index of eco-power and the constraints of eco-power construction. |
