| 摘 要： | 生态文化是一种建立在科学的基础之上的文化,是科技文化的重要组成部分。生态文明是生态文化价值和目标的体现,是生态文化发展的最高成果和最高表现形式。在生态文化指引下的生态文明建设应加强生态文化教育,提高人的生态文化素质,转变生产方式和生活方式,建立和完善相关的经济、法律和文化制度。

| Abstract: | The ecological culture as an important part of technology culture is a kind of culture based on science.The ecological civilization is a symbol of the value and target of the ecological culture,and also the supreme achievements and expressions of the ecological culture development.Under the guidance of the ecological culture,the ecological civilization construction should enhance the ecological culture education,improve the ecological culture quality of the people,shift means of production and way of life,improve the economic,legal and cultural systems. |
