| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍元认知内涵的基础上,通过对元认知在阅读理解和听力理解中作用的分析,阐述了元认知在外语学习中的作用和价值,论证了有效的外语学习离不开元认知策略。文章的结尾作者指出外语教学中应培养学生的元认知能力,教学生学会学习,对其进行终身教育并对此提出建议.

| Abstract: | This paper explains what role the first cognition plays in learning a foreign language,pro-poses that the effective way of learning a foreign language isquite related to the strategies of the first cognition,introduces the connotation of the first cognition,anelyses how the first cogrition ccts on the reading and listening comprehension.The writer shows clearly that we should devdlop the stuelents' abilities to learn the foreign language in the first cognition,teach the students how to learn all their lives and propose some suggestions based on them. |
