| 论农民对我国农田水利建设事业的贡献 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过对农田水利建设的物质资源的投入、人力资源投入和绩效进行分析，认为我国农民对农田水利建设事业的贡献，主要体现在农民是农田水利建设物质资源、人力资源、时间资源的主要提供者，也是农田水利建设的主要受益者。农田水利建设为我国农业乃至整个社会经济的发展奠定了基础，因此国家和社会应更多地回馈农民、关怀农业与农村的发展。 |
