| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志"三个代表"的重要思想,特别是在庆祝建党80周年大会上的重要讲话,为党的建设提出了明确的目标和要求.迎接党的十六大,就要按照这些要求,把党的建设的各项任务真正落到实处.要采取有效措施,加强和改进党的思想理论建设、政治建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设.要深入研究党的执政规律和执政方式、党的阶级基础和社会基础、党内民主建设、劳动和劳动价值等问题,力求作出深入、科学的回答.

| Abstract: | The important thought of "three representatives", especially the "July 1st speech, which proposed by Jiang Zemin, has set the destination of Party' s construction. We have to strengthen and improve the Party' s construction of thought, theory, politics, styles and systems in effective ways. We have to also deeply research the Party ' s reign ways and modes, Party' s class and social foundation, inner Party' s democracy construction and labour value, and have to answer them scientifically. |
