试论报纸新闻精品的培植

报纸作为重要的新闻传播媒体,在创精品过程中,近年来取得了令人瞩目的成绩,表现在:新闻精品质量明显提高;名牌栏目光彩夺目;一批业务精、思想正、贡献大的中青年记者崭露头角。但是依然存在不尽人意的地方:新闻商业化倾向、新闻产品"易碎论"的影响以及新闻理论和业务研究的滞后等,成为制约新闻精品的因素。新闻精品生产的对策:一是进一步树立精品意识;二是要抓好各个环节的工作;三是要建设一支高素质的新闻队伍;四是要建立切实可行的激励和管理机制。

On the Cultivation of Quality News in Newspapers

As an important news media, newspaper has got outstanding achievements recently in the process of producing high quality news, which can be shown in the following aspects: the level of quality news having improved obviously; the famous columns having got great successes; and the young and mid-aged reporters having displayed remarkable abilities. However, there are still something dissatisfied: the commercial trend of news; the "easily-broken" theory of the news work; and the backward news theory and business research, etc. All these have become the factors restricting the development of high quality news. The solutions of producing quality news are: first, setting up the ideas of producing quality news; secondly, paying close attention to the work of each link; thirdly, constructing a high-quality team to produce quality news; finally, establishing practical encouragement and management mechanism.
