| Abstract: | The discoveries in second language acquisition studies reveal that the students' anxiety may affect the efficiency of learning. By applying the research results of other scholars in this field, this paper attempts to give a general analysis on the causes, manifestations, and effect of the students' anxiety in learning English and American Literature. Accordingly suggestions are made for dealing with high-level anxiety in the learning process in order to achieve good results. |
