| Abstract: | In the process of reform of university management system, the inside power problem of the university can't be avoided. Avoiding the value orientation, summarizing the essence of power, and making clear distinction between academic power and administrative power on this basis contribute to our launching comparatively deep research to the power problem inside the university. |
