| 摘 要： | 党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的战略目标,这是新时期统筹城乡发展、缩小城乡差距、改变农村面貌的系统性战略部署。该文在考查当前兵团农场发展中存在的问题的基础上,从建设新型团场的内涵和意义出发,提出了建设新型团场的战略构想和实现途径。

| Abstract: | Put forward in the 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party,the strategic goals of constructing new types of countryside are the systematic strategic organization to make overall plans for urban and rural development,narrow the differences between urban and rural areas,and change the conditions of the countryside in the new period.Based on the examination of the existing problems in the development of collective farms,the paper points out the strategic ideas and solutions in the view of constructing new types of collective farms. |
