摘    要:造成目前女大学生就业困难的原因除了个体差异性的客观存在,还在于女大学生在就业选择中缺乏对“职业自我”的认知。女大学生应该认识到科学的职业自我认知是其成功就业及职业生涯规划的首要和关键的一步。职业兴趣、职业能力、职业性格、职业气质和职业价值观在就业选择过程中分别发挥着不同的作用,因而女大学生应该充分运用“职业自我”做出正确地就业选择。

Abstract:Currently,the reasons that cause the difficulty of women university students in employment are not only the objective individual differences,but also the lacking of cognition to self-employment.Women university students should know that scientific realization of self-employment is the key and premier when they get employed successfully and make planning career.Vocational interest,professional ability,vocational personality,vocational temperament and vocational conception respectively play different roles in employment.Therefore,female students should make full use of the theory of self-employment to make the right choice in employment.
