| Abstract: | It is the important content for colleges and universities being concerned with the younger generation to bring the retiree into playing a role in the ideological and political work in order to all - sidedly increase the comprehensive quality of the young students. Here is described how to carry the ideological and moral education to young students in the new period on the basis of improving management, searching effective supporters and giving full scope to the initiative of the retiree. |
