| 摘 要： | 教育即是要帮助和支持儿童与外界建立起一定的关系,但对儿童来说,他们最早对世界产生的不是探索的兴趣,而是尽一切进化的手段建立起与成人照顾者之间的良好关系,从而满足以成人为中介的自我生存的需要。亲子交往与关系是家庭教育经验的核心,是儿童与外界建立联系的开端、原点与基础;师生交往与关系是机构教育经验的核心,教师与儿童关系的建立及其质量决定了儿童接受机构教育的基本态度与程度。成人照顾者和教育者在与儿童关系的建立中应放弃主体际性的视角,对这种关系的建立及其质量承担起绝对的首要的责任。从这种意义而言,家庭教育具有更为奠基性的价值,不能被机构教育所取代;教师应以自身为媒介促进儿童的全面发展,并对儿童身体与生活方面给予同样的关心与照顾。
