北京市公众对林木绿地认建认养活动的认知现状及影响因素分析

随着生态文明建设的大力提倡，公众参与环境保护得到更多重视。利用“首都园林绿化政务网”的数据分析了北京市林木绿地认建认养活动的发展历程与现状，进而利用实地调研数据分析公众对林木绿地认建认养活动的认知程度及其影响因素。研究表明，知道林木绿地认建认养活动的被调查者比例仅为35%；公众了解林木绿地认建认养活动最为普遍的途径是社区宣传和电视广播，而从网络获取信息的较少；公众主体特征对林木绿地认建认养的认知程度具有相应影响。建议根据文化水平、经济状况、单位性质、环保意识等差异性影响，有针对性地加强宣传，提高公众认知水平。

Analysis on Public Cognition of the Project of Construction and Maintenance for Trees and Green Lands in Beijing and Its Impact Factors

With the great promotion of ecological civilization construction, public participation in environmental protection has captured growing attentions. Using the data on the website of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Landscape and Forestry, this paper firstly dissects the development process and current situation of the project of Construction and Maintenance for Trees and Green Lands ( CMTGL) in Beijing, and then analyzes the public cognition of the project and its impact factors with field survey data. Research results show that public cognition degree of the project is quite low in general. Only 35% of the respondents have some knowledge about it. Community publicity, TV and radio broadcast are the main media for the public to learn about the CMTGL, while few people gain information about it from the Internet. Individual characteristics of the public have impacts on their cognitions on the CMTGL. The paper suggests that the ways to promote the public cognition of CMTGL should vary according to the the differences in people' s education level, economic status, types of employer organizations, and awareness of environmental conservation.
