| 摘 要： | 随着新闻传播的迅速发展,新闻侵权案件日益涌现。文章在系统阐述新闻侵权特征、类型基础上,对新闻侵权行为的常见表现形式进行了归纳、总结,指出并分析了新闻侵权案件中的多项免责事由。
