| Abstract: | This article discussed the historical development process of the balanced development strategy and the un-balanced development strategy in our national economic society. It discussed that the Large-scale development in west China is the inexorable trend of our national economy and society development in the present international and internal situation, and pointed out the five problems that must be cared in the large-scale development in west China. |
