| 摘 要： | 我国的可撤销婚姻制度存在缺陷,应该规定欺诈为可撤销婚姻的法定情形;根据不同情形确定可撤销婚姻请求权的主体明确可撤销婚姻中有过错当事人的法律责任;规范可撤销婚姻的处理程序。 |

| Abstract: | There are some defects in the revocable marriage system in China,which should specify deceit as one cause of the revocable marriage.The law should name the subject of the right of claim of revocable marriage according to distinct circumstances and make certain of the liability of fault respondent and normalize the applying procedure of revocable marriage. |
