高校创业型人才培养的分层推进模式

创业型人才培养应坚持全面育人、因材施教与精英教育等多种教育理念贯通，应遵循大政方针政策、人才培养规律及教育教学规律等多项理论指导融合。高校要紧紧依托创业教育，坚持教学主导，致力于100％的学生接受创业普及教育；坚持培训辅导，致力于20％的学生接受创业精英培训；坚持实践指导，致力于5％的学生走向自主创业。由此，分层分类、逐步推进，构建高校创业型人才培养的科学模式，助推高等教育内涵式发展和人才培养质量提升。
