| 摘 要： | 人力资源要素在现代经济增长中的作用日渐突出,而其在延边经济增长与发展中的地位尚未充分显现。据有关统计数据显示,延边人力资源总体态势与地区产业结构演进存在关联特征,同时延边劳动力和人才资源也存在共性和特性问题。实现延边区域人力资源合理配置与均衡就业,主要应从产业结构升级、劳务输出转型、特色经济培育以及教育结构调整等视角来加以考虑。

| Abstract: | Human resources play an important role in the economic increase in modern society.The statistics show that the present situation of human resources and the regional industry structure are related with each other.A thorough study is needed to explore the specific property as well as the general characters of the labor force and human resources in Yanbian area.Reasonable disposal of human resources and balanced employment in Yanbian will be fulfilled by ways of upgrading the industry structure,transforming the labor export,developing special economy and adjusting the educational structure. |
