| Abstract: | Contracts are legal documents in frozen style. Since meticulous thinking, strict logic as well as careful and precise wording are required herein, the language is characterized by the use of old style of words, the use of diction found in legal statements, the use of clauses of condition and complex sentence structures to convey different sorts of possibilities and solutions. |
