| Abstract: | The Taishan School was made up of the abbot of the Taishan Academy of Classicl Learning,his disciples and other supporters.The establishment of the Taishan School was on the basis of the good cultural atmosphere and the active contacts of Shijie and others in Shandong region in the Five Dynasties and the early days of the Song Dynasty.The Taishan School demonstrated the spirit of the time of intervening in political affairs,independence,forming cliques and excluding the Buddhist and Laozi's theories. |
