| Abstract: | Scholors have many different opinions about the foundations of Sustainable Development. In this paper, Sustainable Development is comprehended as a kind of concept, a kind of model and a kind of strategy .After investigating and analyzing, the following conclusion is put forward: The foundations of Sustainable Development include the philosophical foundation, the practical foundation, the scientific foundation, the social foundation and the direct theoretical foundation. |
