| 摘 要： | 民生问题事关广大人民群众的最根本利益，关系到和谐社会的构建，改善民生是中国改革的目标之一。改善民生与强国共生、联动，是强国之本。必须充分重视保障民生和持续不断地改善民生；必须坚持社会主义公平正义的基本原则；必须努力实现全体人民共享改革发展的成果。

| Abstract: | People's livelihood is one of Chinese reform goals,which concerns Chinese people's fundamental interests and the construction of a harmonious society. It coexists with strengthening country. People's livelihood is foundation to strengthen a country. If a country wants to keep improving people's livelihood,the government must pay attention to guaranteeing people's livelihood,continue to improve people's livelihood,insist on the basic principle of fairness and justice and try to realize that all people can share the fruit of reform and development. |
