摘    要:选人用人公信度是衡量干部选拔任用民主化和科学化的重要尺度;提高选人用人公信度,最根本的就是要把我们党长期以来在实践中形成的一整套科学的用人原则落实好,坚持正确的用人导向,真正选出党和人民需要的好干部;提高选人用人的公信度的关键在于创新干部选拔任用机制,良好的机制是保证选人用人公信度的根本所在;从当前情况看,最重要的是创新用人导向机制、民主推荐机制、考察机制和纠错机制。

Mechanism Innovation:A Systematic Approach to Improve the Public Trust of Selecting and Cultivating Cadres
Abstract:The public trust is one of the crucial measures to evaluate the democratization and scientization to select and cultivate cadres.The essence to improve public trust of selecting and cultivating cadres is to put the set of scientific cultivating principles into practice which has formed during CPC's long-time practice,adhering the right guidance in cultivation and selecting proper cadres to meet the demands of CPC and his people.The key point to push forward the public trust of selecting and cultivating cadres is to innovate the mechanism of it,and well-running mechanism plays the core role to guarantee the public trust.From current situation see,the most important task is to innovate the mechanisms of cultivating guidance,democratic recommendation,inspection and error-correcting.
