政治学视野中的黑恶势力犯罪治理

从政治学的视角来看,黑恶势力犯罪严重破坏政治秩序、诱生并加速政治治理机体的腐化、严重削弱党和政府的政治权威、降低了公众对政治治理的认同感。正是基于对当前黑恶势力犯罪严重政治危害性的深刻认识,党中央将扫黑除恶作为一项重大政治决策,以期弥补政治治理本身存在的制度缺陷,控制政治治理被黑恶势力染指的风险,阻却黑恶势力介入政治治理的途径,为治理目标的实现提供坚强的制度保障。

The Governance of the Evil Force Crimes from the Perspective of Political Science

From the perspective of political science, crimes committed by the evil forces seriously damage the political order, induce and accelerate the corruption of the political governance body, seriously weaken the political authority of the party and the government, and reduce the publics sense of identity for political governance. It is based on the deep understanding of the serious political harmfulness of current crimes committed by the evil forces that the CPC takes the eradication of black crime as a major political decision.
