摘    要:高校人力资源是高校教育资源中的第一资源,它是活的资源,能动的资源。高校人力资源具有智力性、价值创造的冲动性、主观能动性和双重性的特点。高校人力资源情感管理是高校人力资源管理的基础,是高校管理者和职工联系的桥梁和纽带,是高校人力资源管理的良方。

Abstract:The human resource in the institution of higher learning is the first resource, which is a-live and dynamic, among the educational resources in the institution of higher learning. It has the characteristics of intelligence, impulse of creating values, subjective initiative and duality. The e-motional management of human resource in the institution of higher learning is the basis of human resource management of institution of higher learning, bridge and link between administration and staff in the institution of higher learning, and also good way of human resource management in the institution of higher learning.
