| 摘 要： | 美国小说家F·斯科特·菲茨杰拉德的作品《了不起的盖茨比》在美国文学史上具有重地位。通过分析作品中模糊化写作手法，揭示了其对人物刻画、环境刻画和事件刻画的作用，并阐释了此写作手法对作品主题的影响。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The Great Gatsby written by F. Scott Fitzgerald is recognized as an outstanding work in American literary history. In this paper, the work is analyzed by the use of vagueness. With its purpose of investigating the effects on characterization, background and event-depiction, this paper also explains how vagueness influences the thematic concern. |
