The achievements made from the enterprise equality of China and the problem faced with,should be analyzed in the reform for market economy.The legal person's enterprises are all equal in the face of the market economy.Seeing from the dynamics,the level of the enterprise equality of China depends on the continuous increase in the proportion of the non State-run enterprises,and the change in the structure of ownership.Seeing from the statics,the level of the enterprise equality of China depends on the direction of the government policy and on the economic democracy and the construction of the legal system.
