经济全球化与新兴发展中大国的崛起

经济全球化是不以人的意志为转移的客观趋势。虽然发达国家在一定意义上和一定时期内主导经济全球化的发展进程,但是经济全球化无疑也给新兴发展中大国提供了一次难得的赶超机遇。为数不多的新兴发展中大国由于在综合国力和基础科学研究等方面具有一定的基础,只要它们主动参与全球化发展进程,趋利避害,就将实现经济的跨越式发展,跨入现代化国家行列。而大多数发展中国家面临着挑战大于机遇的艰难处境,一些不发达国家可能被"边缘化",再度失去机遇。

Economic Globalization and Uprising of Newly- emerging Developing Powers

Economic globalization is an objective trend independent of man's will. Although the developed countries take the lead in the economic globalization drive during a certain period, economic globalization undoubtedly brings a rare opportunity for newly-emerging developing nations to catch up and overtake the developed ones. Only a few developing powers have a good foundation in overall national strength and in basic scientific studies. These countries may realize great-leap-forward development and mount to modernized countries only if they actively take part in the course of economic globalization and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. However, most developing countries have found themselves in straitened circumstances as they are facing more challenges than opportunities. Some of the under-developed countries will probably be marginalized and loss opportunities for development again.
