| Abstract: | In this paper, the current situation of corporate culture in individually-run metallurgical enterprise is analyzed at first.By the exposition of cases of promoting enterprise base management effects before and after enterprise cultural construction in JianLong Group, the significance and effect of constructing corporate culture in individually-run metallurgical enterprise is proposed. |
