How to treat the universality of the Soviet Marxist philosophy is the common problems that face each country＇s Marxist philosophers in 20th century. Due to their different answer to this problem, each country＇s Marxists created their own Marxist philosophical tradition that differs from others. Chinese Marxists created the Chinese Marxist philosophical tradition by distinguishing between the universality and particularity in the content of the Soviet Marxist philosophy and transforming its universality into the methodology to make the research in the problems of Chinese modernization, to theoretically found the Marxist philosophical world outlook and methodology that merge the universality with the particularity, and to combine the universality of the world history to discuss the change and tendency of Chinese culture.
