| 摘 要： | 作者首先界定了企业国际竞争力的概念，然后从理论上分析对外直接投资与企业国际竞争力之间的关系，并根据国外有关机构的一项实际调查，得出对外直接投资是提高企业国际竞争力的重要手段的看法；在将中国企业竞争力进行国际比较的基础上，提出了通过对外直接投资提高中国企业国际竞争力的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The author first defines the international competitive ability of Enterprises, then analyses theoretically the relation between overseas direct investment and the international competitive ability of enterprises. Based on practical investigation conducted by a certain foreign institution, he proves that overseas direct investment is an important way of improving the international competitive ability of enterprises. On the basis of comparison between the competitive ability of China's enterprises with that of foreign companies, he offers some suggestions on how to improve the competitive ability of China's enterprises. |
