| 摘 要： | 区域金融一体化是区域经济增长、产业分工以及区域经济一体化发展的内在要求,对于胶东半岛制造业基地建设目标的实现具有重要意义。在对区域金融一体化内在机理理论分析的基础上,提出了建设胶东半岛制造业基地区域金融一体化的具体策略,即通过建设区域统一产权交易市场和建立区域产业投资基金方式加强区域金融与基地产业发展的对接机制建设;通过加强区域金融合作机制建设,促进区域金融资源的自由流动;重视区域金融中心对区域金融一体化建设强大的集聚与辐射功能,把青岛建设成为胶东半岛制造业基地的区域金融中心。

| Abstract: | The Integrating of regional finance is the inner necessity of the growth of regional economy,industry distribution and regional integrative economic development,and is of great meaning to achieve the goal of construction of the base.Based on the analysis of the inner mechanism of the integrating of regional finance,concrete strategies of the integrating of regional finance of Jiaodong peninsula are brought up in this paper,including developing regional property right exchange market and regional industrial investment fund to strengthen the matching of regional finance and the industrial development of the base,reinforcing the construction of the regional finance cooperation system to accelerate the flow of regional finance resources,building Qingdao as the finance center of Jiaodong peninsula manufacturing base. |
